Existing Consignment Customers - please call for appointment, pre-approved items may be dropped off curbside. We will email a receipt for the items, typically within 24 hours.
New Consignment Customers - Please call and make an appointment to review and sign the eProSellers Agreement. Once the agreement is signed, we can make an appointment to drop off pre-approved items curbside. After check-in and review of each item, we will email a receipt for the items typically within 48 hours.
Customer Purchases from Craigslist, Facebook, eBay or eProSeller's Marketplace - Curbside Pick-up Only. Call for appointment. We will pull the item and have it ready for you. Once you arrive in our parking lot, call us and we will bring the item to you for inspection and purchase.
Consignment FAQ
When are selling fees paid? - All applicable fees are paid once an item sells.
What are the fees for selling? - We have several plans from 35% - 55% based on value, and applicable listing fees.
Can you give me an example of a LOT? A small used digital camera value is $45; adding accessory such as lenses, memory, or cables can increase the value of the lot to $70.
How long till we get a check? Most items sell within 60-90 days, depending on demand. We allow 30 days for buyers to return items. Once the return period ends, items becomes eligible for payment.
How long does it take to list an item? New items are dropped off daily; listing times vary based on the number of items we have received. We provide an estimate the day you drop off your items.
What if I am selling an entire storage locker warehouse or estate? Simply contact us to assist you.
What if I am helping settle an estate and I live outside of Ohio? We can help you! We manage the sales and let you get back home. Checks arrive monthly until the last item is sold. Sales are easily monitored in our online shops.
Do I set my own starting bids or reserve price ? We set minimum values for items as we check in items with you.
How do I know how much an items sells for? You can request a log in to our customer portal to review items.
What if my item does not sell? We will contact you to pickup the item.
Do you have volume discounts? We offer discounts on certain qualified commercial accounts. All require written contracts and committed annual volumes.
