This is a full 7.1 Sound system package with everything you (except source input like TV or DVD etc) need to make your video or recordings come to life. It is not HDMI based, but it is about the best complete system you could get prior to HDMI introduction. It has just about every other type of input and output you would need for an older generation TV/ Screen. You could use it with an HDMI based TV with an adapter. Fully tested and ready to go.
