Harbor Freight US General 66474 End Locker for 42" Cabinets - This model fits others but was made for the 90320 Lower Cabinet and 92099 Chest- Please see photos. Impossible to find if you need one. The boxes it was designed for are the Series 1 and 2, that are 42" plus 2" for handle or 44". They were sold as 42" and 44".
The locker is in decent condition showing some signs of use including coffee/cup stains on top (see photo), some scratches, no major dents. Please see all photos. Both high security keys included. This was the nicer of several models made by US General. It has two fully operational drawers at the bottom with a single adjustable shelf. The door has two holes for a coat hook on it, but I do not think these were original. If you want to add one, its a pretty standard 1.5" mount spacing. The unit is sitting on top of a custom steel heavy duty 4 wheel dolly. It just sits inside the lower base, so it is easily removable.

Overall Dimensions: 16.75 Wide x 18" Deep x 55" Height without dolly, 59" Height with Dolly. The locker edge mounts (on both sides) are 33.5" from the cabinet bottom without dolly. and 22" from top.
