If we deem your item is good candidate for repair, we set up an appointment. On the day of your appointment, check in with us by phone when you arrive. We will come outside, pick-up the payment and equipment, and provide you with a receipt for 1 hour of paid service. After we review your equipment, you will be provided with an update or estimate. Our updates typically fall into the following categories: - We let you know the repair was completed within the prepaid hour - We provide a estimate and seek authorization to complete the repair - We may inform you that parts are unavailable, or that the item is not economically worth fixing, and ask for an appoint to return your item. Turnaround time: Typically 2-3 Weeks by appointment only! |
